Love is the one power we’ve underestimated.
In a world weighed down by stress and division, this core heart quality is more than comforting – it’s transformative.
Love is about treating each other with more genuine care, kindness, and respect in our interactions. Less judgment, more compassion.
It’s not just a nice thing to do. Science shows that love calms our nervous system, eases anxiety, lifts us up, and helps us make smarter decisions. And every choice we make to lead with love ripples out – affecting much more than just ourselves.
Help Love Go Viral™ is about empowering each of us to lead with the heart. Together, we can uplift our communities and dissolve the personal and collective stress that keeps us stuck, resulting in a kinder world where everyone can thrive.
The change begins with us. One choice at a time.
Imagine what’s possible when we each do our part to Help Love Go Viral.
Q: What's my unique way of helping create more love in the world?
Q: What caring choices or actions did I take today?
Q: How could I inspire others to share more love and kindness with each other?
Before starting your morning routine, get still inside and focus your attention on your heart. Now, breathe a sincere feeling of love or appreciation for someone or something in your life. This can be powerfully effective in setting the tone for a day that brings much less stress and more genuine connections.
When you start to feel irritated or a disagreement comes up, make a sincere effort to lead with respect and dignity instead of judgment and reactivity. A calm, genuine tone reduces the friction in our communications, increasing clarity and understanding.
Instead of letting tension spiral, take a moment to pause and reset. Breathe a feeling of patience through the heart. Make a genuine commitment to renew this feeling through your day. This eases the stress in your nervous system, while also creating a calm energy field that benefits others. This is one practice that is especially helpful for teens in school.
Since work can be a major source of stress for so many people, practicing one minute of quiet heart-focused breathing before meetings or interactions can be extremely beneficial – leaving you feeling more self-secure and with a warmer connection with coworkers. Heart-infused workplaces are more productive, much less stressful, and wiser decisions are made. If it feels comfortable to you, invite others to join in, as this magnifies the benefits.
When you find yourself feeling weighed down by fears or stuck in a worry loop, start by breathing in a feeling of calm love for a friend, a pet, etc. A lot of times, heart energy can help reduce fear and worry to the attitude of intelligent concern – which often activates our intuitive directions.
Take two minutes (or more!) to radiate love, care or compassion to your family, community, and humanity as a whole. Science shows when we do this practice ourselves, it uplifts others while helping us draw effective solutions.
